Only the values you or your AI assistant send in a tool call (haircut style, hair type, top length, skin-bottom and fade-height choices; services wanted, city cost-of-living tier, shop type, tip percent and a quoted price; shop names, prices, ratings, review counts, booking modes, wait minutes, distances in miles and specialties, your budget, distance limit, need-today flag and required specialty; visit date, preferred hour, barbers working, shop busyness and appointment flag; last cut date, cuts ahead, event date and price per cut; your first name, shop name, preferred date and time window, barber name, add-ons, first-visit flag, extra questions and an optional phone number) and technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes). We never ask for a street address or GPS location. No accounts, no profiles, no cookies, no tracking.
To compute the result you asked for, enforce rate limits, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.
Computed per request, nothing stored: tool inputs and results are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days, then deleted.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tool inputs and results pass through the AI assistant you use to call this service (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Meta Muse), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and logging provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf under contract. We do not send anything to barbershops, barbers or booking platforms. We disclose data only if required by law.
You choose what to send; names and phone numbers are optional. Request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question privately at support@magicteams.ai. We respond within 30 days.
This service is not directed to children under 13.
